Our technology identity, AI Real Estate, represents the intelligence layer of the platform. AI is used to assist discovery, ranking, matching, lead routing and information management. It is not intended to replace legal due diligence, technical inspection, valuation judgment or professional advice. Real estate remains a relationship-driven business, and our goal is to combine trusted human relationships with better digital infrastructure.

Why We Start Local

Real estate data is highly local. Road widths, neighbourhood demand, development activity, local pricing behaviour, documentation practices and buyer preferences vary from one market to another. Starting in Jhansi allows us to build better structured data and stronger relationships before expanding to additional cities. Buyers must still independently verify title, ownership, approvals, encumbrances, taxes, dues, dimensions, access, registration eligibility and all other material facts before entering a transaction.

Agent Partner Network

Agents are important to market coverage, local relationships and inventory depth. Our partner model is designed to make participation simple: register once with a mobile number, login later using the same mobile, receive a referral code, add listings and track search appearances, property views and leads. The first promotional listings can be free to reduce friction. Over time, premium listing credits, subscriptions, featured placement, CRM tools and verified lead products may create recurring revenue while still offering agents measurable value.

Builder Collaboration

Builders and developers may require a different commercial model than individual agents. S SQUARE PROPERTY can explore project marketing, lead generation, site-visit coordination, digital campaigns, inventory distribution, exclusive or non-exclusive sales mandates and success-based commercial arrangements. Each project relationship should be governed by a separate written agreement defining scope, fees, commissions, lead ownership, marketing responsibilities and duration.

Privacy Policy

This prototype stores user-entered data in the browser for demonstration. A live S SQUARE PROPERTY — AI Real Estate service should publish a complete privacy policy describing who controls personal data, what information is collected, why it is processed, how consent is obtained where applicable, how long information is retained, how service providers are used, how referral tracking works, how cookies and analytics operate, what security controls protect accounts and documents, and how users may request access, correction or deletion subject to applicable law.

1. Platform Role

S SQUARE PROPERTY — AI Real Estate provides technology and business support for property discovery, listing presentation, lead generation, agent participation, builder collaboration and related real estate services. Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, publication of a property does not represent a title certificate, legal opinion, guaranteed valuation, government approval or commitment to complete a transaction.

2. Listing Accuracy

Owners, agents, brokers, builders and developers are responsible for ensuring that information they submit is accurate, current and authorised. This includes location, photographs, price, dimensions, road access, ownership claims, availability, approvals and registration details. The platform may review, edit, reject, suspend or remove incomplete, duplicate, misleading, unlawful or outdated listings.

3. Photographs and Media

Listing submitters confirm that they have the right to upload property photographs, plans and media. Images should represent the relevant property or project and must not unlawfully use third-party copyrighted material. S SQUARE PROPERTY may resize or optimise images for presentation. Profile photographs are intended for identity display and should not replace property photography on public property cards.

4. Legal Documents

Documents submitted for verification may include ownership or title records, authorisations, approved layouts, registrations or other supporting materials. Submission of a document does not mean S SQUARE PROPERTY guarantees its authenticity or legal effect. Production systems should restrict document access to authorised personnel and clearly define any “verified” badge before showing it publicly.

5. Due Diligence

Buyers and investors must independently verify ownership, title, encumbrances, approvals, land use, dimensions, taxes, dues, access, physical condition, registration eligibility, RERA applicability and all other material facts. Appropriate legal, technical, financial and tax professionals should be consulted where necessary.

6. AI Search and Recommendations

AI-assisted search, ranking, scores and summaries are generated from available data and user preferences. They help organise choices but do not guarantee legal validity, future appreciation, rental yield, financing, suitability or investment performance. Incomplete or inaccurate source data can affect recommendations.

7. Agent Accounts

Agent accounts are associated with registered mobile numbers. Agents must provide truthful identity information and may be required to complete additional verification before receiving verified status. Referral codes and analytics may be used to attribute searches, views and enquiries. Agents must not submit unauthorised inventory, impersonate another party or misuse buyer information.

8. Free and Paid Listings

Promotional free-listing allowances, paid listing credits, validity periods, subscription plans, premium placement and lead products may change as the platform evolves. Any live paid service should disclose applicable taxes, plan validity, renewal, cancellation and refund terms before payment.

9. Builder Agreements

Builder submissions are invitations to discuss collaboration and do not automatically create exclusivity, commission entitlement or a marketing mandate. Project-specific fees, scope, lead ownership, inventory responsibility, promotion budget, site-visit obligations and success fees should be documented separately.

10. Maps and Location

Map coordinates and location information are provided for convenience and may be approximate. Submitters are responsible for providing accurate coordinates. For privacy or security reasons, the platform may choose to show an approximate location publicly while retaining exact coordinates internally.

11. Acceptable Use

Users must not upload fraudulent or unlawful material, scrape data without permission, send spam, interfere with platform security, misuse contact details, circumvent listing limits, upload malicious files or use the platform to deceive buyers or sellers.

12. Limitation and Changes

Subject to applicable law and any separate written agreement, S SQUARE PROPERTY is not responsible for losses caused solely by inaccurate third-party data, undisclosed defects, independent negotiations or decisions made without proper verification. Terms may be updated as live authentication, payments, subscriptions, partnerships and additional cities are introduced.
